Originally
from Archbold, Dr. Lana received her undergraduate degree at Miami
University before moving to Minnesota to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic
degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University. She was
originally drawn to chiropractic because of its non-invasive and
drug-free nature. The preventative and maintenance aspects of
chiropractic were also a draw, as was the body’s amazing ability to
self-heal. Dr. Lana enjoys treating families, including babies and
school-aged children. She uses Diversified and Activator Techniques. In her free time, she enjoys going for walks, knitting,
yoga, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Dr.
Spencer is originally from the St. Paul, MN area and moved to Archbold
in 2010. He attended Minnesota State University, Mankato for
undergraduate education, and in 2007 earned his Doctor of Chiropractic
degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington,
Minnesota. He became interested in chiropractic after he suffered a low
back injury while snowboarding in high school. Seeking relief, he
turned to chiropractic, and was more than pleased with his results. He
then decided that he wanted to spend his life sharing the benefits of
chiropractic with others. Dr. Spencer enjoys treating families and
athletes, from school-aged athletes to “weekend warriors.” He uses
Diversified and Activator Techniques. Dr. Spencer is an active member of
the Archbold K of C and enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking and camping in
